So I got my Billy 5100s for my Taco, but I am reading that you also need new washers and bushings for the install. I have searched like no other and cannot find a part #, link, etc. to pick up the correct "Billy washer and bushing" set for install. Also searched "downsouthmotorsports.com" and could not locate said "washer-bushing set". If anyone could give me a link/part #, I would be most obliged. And obviously, I did not stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

I used my old washers and bushings I was suprized when I ordered mine that they were not included, the vendor changed the listing to make future buyer aware of the fact.

Same here. Would be one thing if they overnighted the kit for that cost. It's the one thing that has been holding me up from putting my front struts on.

Which leads me to a question: are the washers and bushings for the rear the same as the front (i.e., interchangeable)? Or are they totally different? If they are the same, I might take the new bushings off my rear shocks and use them to install my fronts tomorrow, and put the old bushings on the rears until the kit that I just ordered arrives (i.e., easier to swap bushings on the rear shocks than the front shocks). Can anyone tell me if they are different or the same?

DSM doesnt sell them. Toytec sells them but like others say, the shipping adds up real quick. I just bought some new bushings from my local Toyota dealership and resued my washers and caps. Bushings from Toyota were $31 for all 4 up front.

Does anyone know which of the bushings goes on top? Is it the smaller one or the larger one? No directions were included with my set.

I have my new front bilstein iinstalled on the passenger side, but can't get the steering knuckle bolts back in. Big gap. Is it because I installed the bushings wrong on the front shocks?
