yeah mine is run to the tail lights. I’ll try to get a pic. I liked the seclusion/out of sight, out of mind feel of it. Didn’t want to fiddle with my gas tank.

Took a tree to the side panel today tried the hot water method and a plunger but it’s some stubborn metal to bend back anyone know of any good methods to fix this or any good body shops?

I have an ARB kit in my engine bay. Ran the rear diff through the frame up to it. The actual breather has extra ports so you could extend the factory lines in the engine bay to it as well.

Easy system. But I have lost the baffle 2x already. The arb twin air baffles are right next to it and they are fine. For whatever reason I keep losing the breather ones.

Somebody on here tried something very similar the Group Buys forum:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/waypoint-rtts-op-updated-6-7.499484/page-90#post-21588347

It looks like it kind of worked initially, but shipping/logistics were probably the hardest part.

Yeah seems that's common. There's lots on eBay, but they go for the full $2500+ price. Would make sense to buy a whole pallet and sell em once they arrived, but I don't have that kind of cash. Damn

Check with CVT. They were recently clearing out their hardshells for under $1500.

So who are the audio guys here? Ive had The "taco tunes" setup since i bought my truck (Image Dynamics CTX65CS and crossover/tweeter).

One of the speakers is dying...lots of distortion and been getting worse and worse. Looking around it looks like they only offer these in the "kit" and not individually so best i could do is just by two of them for ~120.

So anyone have recommendations on what to replace them with? Looking for around the same price (~120)

I actually had a guy at fred meyers ask me why i hadnt fixed a scratch one time. I just stared at him like...seriously? Then mentioned the dent in the door, scratches in the fenders, the missing fenders, them just told him i actually used my truck as a fucking truck unlike him using his dakota or whatever as a show car.

(i dont remember hat exactly he had...didnt overly care either but there was a nice ass dakota where he came from)

i know that person. Id rather have my truck 100% function and look kinda haggard vs looking like a showcar vs barely making it down the road

Keep in mind though I’m saying this as my truck is on the lift with the rear axle shafts out because a wheel seal let go and almost caused a brake fire :bananadead:
