Wish it was that easy with the 4th gen 4runner. I don't think they had black as an option on the interior pieces tho.

 

Try Rustoleum Trim and Bumper paint. It’s my favorite black paint and it comes out as Satin finish.

 

The dash is completely different so you can’t use any of that. It’s the door trim and the shifter console you could use along with door handles.

 

From what? I haven't seen anything that matches the interior from another vehicle.

The 3rd Gen 4Runner console is different From the 1st Gen Tacoma but I still see people use it. Folks like to do the E-Brake conversion to replace the “pull and turn” version we have. I’m even using a 3rd Gen T4R 4WD shifter because they’re identical, except the runner one is black which I like better.

No skill needed at all; only skill involved was setting up the distance and delays, getting the system dialed in and time aligned.
