Agreed. I didn’t really disagree with any call. My girlfriend wasn’t happy with the OPI on kittle but she’s a whiner fan. It was maybe a little weak call, but that push off definitely gave him that bit of separation that made for an easy catch. I thought it was a very fair called game

Being sexagenarians now that have both lived through all the dark years with both teams, hard to believe we both got to see 1985-2015 Royals 1970-2020 Chiefs.

No, Lord, this does not mean I’m ready to go now!

Just feel blessed on many levels.

Great game but the best part was bringing back all the memories from watching the first Superbowl with my family on our first color TV back in KC and then finally winning it against the Vikings. I hope you all enjoyed the game with your families and had a great day celebrating.

9ers will most likely follow the footsteps of every NFC team that goes to the super bowl. Win or loose, they always seem to suck the next season.

Heck, Carolina never recovered after SB 50.

Hawks were the last to go back to back? That wasn’t that long ago.

I told everyone at our party that when 49ers laid down at the end of the first half and didn't push the envelope with the last 90 seconds or so, the 49ers didn't want this SB bad enough to put more points on the board and it would come back bite them in butt. And it sure did. I wonder if anyone else noticed that or if media outlets will comment about that too?

It reminded me of D Green laying down in front of the Falcons in the NFC Title game in '98 that cost him that game.

    Thoughts?

I'm looking forward to the hangover for the 9ers. Back down to the basement with the Rams.

Not running the ball with 7 minutes to go lost it imo. They got cute and got away from what was working.

"Great game" or "congratulations" are a good start for proper sportsmen...

Losers got no room to trash talk though.

    Great effort, 49ers.
