I've asked in several threads but most answers seem to be from double cab owners. I already have a lift kit consisting of 884s/5100s (set at zero) and a 3 pack AAL. Before I added the streamline bumper and winch I was at 22" front, 24" rear (measured hub to fender). After adding the streamline bumper and winch (approx. 130lbs), I'm at 21" front.
I'm seriously considering the 886s and using them with the 5100s (set at zero). I know it's not "ideal" and I understand it will be a stiffer ride. However, I don't have coilover money nor care to spend that much (although I appreciate the suggestions). Also changing to OME shocks will be in the $700-$800 range.
I'm looking for a fairly economical way to get the front to at least 22", preferably 23" (to make it a little more level). My main concern is, with an access cab 4x4 with 130lbs on the front, what kind of lift should I expect with the 886/5100 combo? Just want to make sure it's not too much. I do not want any kind of "squat"! The "Carolina Squat" is big around here and it's disgusting. :bananadead:
Back when my truck was stock I was at 20.25" in the front.
I'm also open to the idea of other coils that will achieve my lift goals.
I understand ride quality is a subjective thing. Any lift will be a compromise. Just don't want bone jarring. The 884/5100 was slightly stiffer than stock on my 2013 AC TRDOR.

Spacers will get you back to 22" but will maintain the current ride. The heavier coils will get you closer to 23" and will firm it up some. So if you don't mind the ride firming up some, simply swap the coils out. It might be pretty soft of a ride with the extra weight of the bumper there.

Thanks. I've think I'm going to try the 886/5100 combo and see how things go for now.

It shouldn't be too bad. You have some of the weight to run them. ARB tends to run their coil rates a little softer than others too. So the ride should be decent.
