Congratulations to you! It takes commitment and discipline to do that. Unfortunately for me, I am lacking in both departments. I can lose weight but I also love food so I do the back and forth thing.

Pops jokingly said we should’ve gotten 2 golden pups. I cannot imagine dealing with that! I take mine in the truck every day to go walk in the preserves nearby. Black interior. I call her my beautiful disaster.

 

They are brothers. We got 3 from the same litter. My daughter has one and my son has the one on the right. The one on the left is mine. My son’s dog is staying here till next weekend. They are awesome together. Mine is a little nuts and my son’s is a bit serious. Great dogs. The shedding is handled by a Dyson Animal. The truck gets the leaf blower treatment.

Not too bad. My only day off is Thursday tho. A guy just asked me if I want to work Thursday lol.

We do the same thing. He has no call-ins left, I have a bunch. Told him I would take his day for $100 and then I would just call in. He's thinking about it....

 

I just go home when I want.

Or typically I drive around in my territory for a while.

We we're at 100% in January, but I believe we've fallen to somewhere in the 70% for February. It's just been a bit warmer than normal and even when it's stormed its not getting cold enough to drop in the lower elevations. If we can get a couple good storms into April we'll be fine, but if not then sound the alarms.

We're also on a well so we're not impacted at our house, but I would not like to not be in a drought when fire season rolls around.

Edit: unless we can move prior to then.... That would be highly unlikely, but fabulous nonetheless.
