MESO Interior Chrome Delete Kit - Manual Transmission WANT...ASAP!

Whats up kids!!

Not sure if/where to post this or if this is even acceptable. But i figured id start a dedicated thread for us manual transmission folks that are tired of this god damn chrome !!!

Pretty sure everyone on this damn forum loves @MESO products and service so not much to note there. But he's got a google doc form for interest in the cup holder surround. I for one hate the chrome and would love if anyone with an MT that also hates this god damn chrome would fill out this form!!

Ok, I put my name on the list. I would buy more of his Chrome delete options if I could get rid of the ring. That is the part that bothers me the most since it is the part that the light usually reflects off of when I'm driving.

Chrome should be illegal inside cars for safety reasons....

 

I don't hate the chrome but I signed up, because options are always good.

Yes, I just saw/ordered that. That is probably the 2nd most annoying spot inside the vehicle for chrome.

I care less about "seeing it" and more about the light that reflects off of it. Ultimately, I don't like Chrome, but it isn't such a bother that I "have to get rid of it now" for me, more I have to get it to a state where the sun reflecting off of it cannot blind me (and actually look clean).

 

Don't quote me on this, but I think Meso said it's highly unlikely he'll do anything for the manual transmission group simply on the percentage of manual transmissions made. It's something really low like 5-10 percent are manual. Then factor in how many of those people even know about Meso mods etc. The money isn't there to produce a mold

He has said several times in one way or the other that the juice isn't worth the squeeze in this case. I believe him. I also believe him to be picked on by MT guys. So there's that. He's not making it

 

Signed up but dont want to take the focus away from the flip keys because I would take that over the chrome delete kits.

Yea I fully understand and support the fact that he’s running a business and if the juice ain’t worth the squeeze than so be it. But I also felt compelled to possibly get others who may not have seen his post to be aware of it. Totally agree that the MT are a significantly less in terms of units sold. But let’s face it, I’d go out on a limb to say at least 60% or more of his business comes from individuals on this forum, and so if we get enough interest maybe it’ll be worth it on his end. Who knows. I might end up taking mine off and spray it with black Berliner or something idk.
