    Yes sir, I worry about the added weight of the tons too but they are strong.
    If I keep the Toyota I can keep the rear axle that is in it and it already has a locker too.

    Yea and you can do the ifs hub swap and be the same width without spacers I think? Sounds like a plan! Which truck?

    Gotta keep the red one stock for now it's my long drive truck, lol but It would be nice.

    I have Toyota's in my Samurai and I drive it a lot harder than the Tacoma and never had an issue.

    And I have only broke 4 CVs out of all the rides I been on and Toyota straight axles are much stronger than CVs. I just worry about all the extra weight of the tons but I wouldn't have to worry about them
