Yeah that shit bugs me but fortunately it's only happened once.

Only extra consumables I have are fluids but those are put away in the house in an extra room.

Only sometimes but with basketball shorts n shit at home.

I'm a boxer's kind of guy; have yet to buy those "most comfortable underwear" for me that I've seen on tv once before. Anyone try them?

    I have mods
Shouldn't have to. The forums were fucked up over there, looks like they lost most of today's posts. It's one of the globoforums owned by some media company that doesn't seem to be able to manage the forums for shit. I don't know the TW is like that but it's always been one of the better forums I have ever used.

Every girl ive been with has good music taste but ive never had an aux cord till now... and even now i phones and new samsungs don't have the standard 3.5 mm aux jack so thats been phased out

    https://www.usaspec.com/p-322-bt45-toy.aspx

This is what ive come up with

Other than a new headunit what are my options

They make bluetooth cassettes but you need to turn them on/off and charge them, kinda defeats the convenience of it

Here's a scam.. Maybe old.. So I'm in the FB 1st gen Tacoma group. Some dude from Louisiana posts pictures and a sad story about totaling out his red Taco. I see it has a tan interior. I message him and ask him if he is parting it out. He says he is and he's been shipping out parts. Ok. Does he have a console? Yes. We agree on a price that includes shipping. He sends me a request for a gift. I go along with it. I've done that before if we are talking less than $100. Says he will ship on Monday. I try messaging him a few times to see if he has shipped. Crickets. Not much that I can do about it. I wonder if the pics are real or from some other wreck. At this point, I'm done buying any more interior trim parts for the Taco. I'll just use the cracked console I got from the salvage yard..

Recently I joined IH8MUD as a forum for the LX. So I'm looking through the classifieds and see a part out. I need a couple of trim parts. So I keep reading. Apparently this is another part out scam. A number of members sent the guy money. Crickets. So a number of members got ripped off. Surprisingly the mods over leave the thread open. Looks to me like part out scams are becoming quite common. Sites should act to shut down a fraudulent scan as soon as possible.

Around here, aiding and abetting known fraudulent activity may come with charges. Though, trying to enforce such activity across state lines is a problem.

I agree in principle but the free market will weed that stuff out. I say leave threads up but encourage people to post up when they've been ripped off. If there were posts up about the rip off, I'm surprised people still tried to get stuff off him? Not defending scammer, just encouraging safer buying. We can't control the scammer, they'll always be there and always trying to scam us. We can control what we ourselves purchase, or attempt to purchase.
But that still sucks man. I've been burned. I learned real quick though. :D
