    another vote for:
"in spec/green" alignment numbers are not where you stop. green numbers could still have you pulling in a number of ways. get the printout and post it for solid help.

Don’t think it’s a sticky brake. I’ve checked and re-checked, brakes are all working perfectly, nothing binding, brake fluid is crystal clear, no hot wheels etc.

I did see the numbers on the screen, can’t recall exact numbers but they were all within spec AND the mechanic doing the alignment both times is a trusted friend.

Sure, a whole new front end would be great. But, I really dint have the time or desire to start rebuilding everything at the moment just to hopefully solve a pulling issue

Within spec means nothing. If caster is at opposite ends of spec that like a 1-1.5 degrees that can cause a pull but it’s within spec. So being in spec means zero.

Definitely sounds like caster is out.
Even ask alignment shop to check the caster split.

A friend of mine owns and fully works on the floor of his alignment frame straighten shop, I trust the guy till no end but after 5 times on the lift and machine, it still pulled to the left. His shop mainly deals in high-end sports cars.

Took it to a shop that only deals in Toyotas and lifted rigs for an alignment. Boom fixed my pull.

I’ll probably go with your method Charger92 and try a different alignment shop or Toyota dealership before I start throwing more parts at it for no reason

Dealership may just follow what's within spec, a good alignment shop that deals in trucks with lift and knows what caster split is might be your best bet.
