Sorry man! We get so little of it here that we never complain about it. Have been caught in monsoon storms in the middle of 8 and 10 miles hikes which is about the only time we look crossed eyed at Mother Nature.

Hopefully you'll get some snow for the kids soon!

    We are on a farm.

We have 6 well heads as reserves.

We also live on the biggest aquifer in the state.

HOWEVER. We are on city water, which is voted highest quality in the state, ever year, for the past 10 years at least.

I take two showers a day (because I'm a dirty, dirty man who prefers the fresh feeling of clean skin. No lotion) and they last a total of 10-12 minutes tops.

There are a metric shit ton of springs around here. But, 6 well heads. City water. Pffft.

It's not that I don't like that it's raining. I literally HATE rain. I hate everything about it.
We have a well that is tapped into a large aquifer. It's probably not as big as yours...but it's probably 3 miles in diameter. The valley bottom below us is where the rock is the most thin. ~150 feet down the drill heads fall into the lake.

This little town has one thing going for it. Water quality and abundance.

That's literally it though. This town is shit. Companies are shit, people are shit.....mentalities are shit.

Water, top notch. Good thing, maybe one day it will wash all the shit away.

I used to build trucks for a company called Autocar. They mainly do waste management trucks, but they build some one off custom builds as well for people wanting to utilize a truck for specific purposes.

Even new, those things were a bitch to put together. Brakes and axles, wheels and riveting the rack for the rear axles onto the frame....it was all a huge pain in the ass.

Cant imagine what its like when they have years and millions of miles of use and corrosion on them. LOL

Looks like the frame is in good shape.
Only real a mechanic can deal with this.
Bet you could easily handle a Glider kit.

Too much wet, not enough dry. Give me snow

Edit: being from Oregon I love the rain, so I too am curious on why you do not like the rain
