Ya I’ve been trying to cut back on carbs lately. I’m failing, but trying is what counts right?

It's the thought that counts, except on the scale. :bananadead:

Guy at work had a saying about stuff on aircraft maintenance. Say you see some trash flying down the flightline, its bad if you just watch it go by. But if you try to get it " an attempt was made" so thats what matters. So his saying was "so long as an attempt was made you are good to go. No matter how feeble it is...":D:thumbsup:

We had some of the cauliflower rice with red beans and ham. I have had it before but it was the first time for the wife. She said she will not eat regular rice again. Next we are going to try the cauliflower noodles.

I think you will. I believe they use uncooked cauliflower to make it. Is it long grain or wild rice? No. Don't even think you're gonna fool yourself into that. It is good though. If you like cauliflower.

Little taco and seat belt saved my life! Rolled it 3 times off of the Lakeshore Dr/I-35 bridge in Waco

Not really a fan of it but also don’t hate it. Just trying some things to see if I can find something decent to eat better.

Rice is rice, cauliflower is cauliflower. I get tired of all this trying to make crap we don't really much care for, taste like foods we love. You're only kidding yourself in the end. Eat moderate and/or smaller portions of the stuff you like, and exercise (be active) more. From a guy who had to watch his weight an entire 26 year active duty career, trust me.
My 2¢ FWIW...hope my GOB side isn't showing too much...no offense intended.

EDIT:My nickname ain't "Moose" for no damn reason. ;)
