    That’s just a washer. The 4165304020 is a rubber washer sort of thing

    Anybody see FEBEST TAB-338 and
    $42 FEBEst TAB-339 Oem 52380-60012
    FEBEst TAB-339? They look like a direct replacement.

    The Febest's are good. i had to replace the washers (top part). the interior bushings were fine. i bought the 338 and 339.i was able to return the interior bushings (339 i believe)
