Nothing for now. We'll see what happens around tax season. Hopefully next mod is paying off the truck.

Definitely think my wheel bearing is toast on the drivers side. Was looking around and found Detroit axle out of Michigan makes our hub assemblies (2005-2016). Super cheap $129.25 for a pair with a 10 year warranty. Sign me up. Will diagnose a bit further before I pull the trigger so I'm 100% sure on it, but based on my experience with it going out on the old car I had and what others confirmed, I'm already 90% sure.
Hopefully its nice this weekend and I can get the truck off the ground and not freeze, but I'll do it regardless. See if there's play in the wheel. Hopefully after this is all said and done I won't be chasing any more gremlins for a while. (knock on wood)
It's also almost time for 120k maintenance so all fluids, and I think I'll take it in and have a Yota tech do a flush and fill on the transmission so I don't have to mess with it.

That stinks. You'll laugh at this my 13 only has 62k miles. I just got back from a trip but I'm going to wait till it warms up and do the 60k maintenance then lol

Well I was wrong, I jacked the truck up and started pulling/pushing up/down on the tire to check play and none in the wheel bearing, so I crawled under and put my ear up to the cv and spun the tire, sure enough the noise came from the diff side. Pulled on the CV to check play and yep, play at the needle bearing. ECGS eliminator time?

What kind of noise are you getting? I've never dealt with that. ECGS seems to be the way to go though from all the talk.

Grinding hmm. I have a little vibe but not significant, no roar at all. We have the same lift just different year trucks. My Ucas give me a good kinda bang at times at a full turn. Crazy how our issues are so diff. Wish I knew for sure that was your issue to fix it but I do not.

Way I figured it out was crawling underneath and wiggling the cv shaft. There you could see that play. Do that and take a look. Mine started as a little intermittent vibe and grew to noise, grinding and eventually the roar. I'm sure it'll be better for me to change sooner rather than later.
