HOA is a huge red flag for us, but it isn't unaffordable and if its for the right reasons its not too big of a deal. That place is on something like 11k acre preserve. We've watched a few videos on it, it's crazy beautiful.

Yeah... moving is expensive period. Completely relocating is ridiculously $$$.

You work for Fastenal no? I see their trucks up here all the time. I get it would be difficult in the beginning but if it would preserve your soul and sanity it's well worth the $$

My daughter and SIL are in the same situation. They live in NOLA. Daughter hates it with a passion (she was raised here in N.Az.). SIL was raised in NOLA, all his family is there and he's built a successful moving business from scratch. Business is $$$$$ so he's afraid to leave the area and start again. Took some convincing but he's hired a business manager and will eventually let him run day to day stuff on the ground so he can start another business either in Az or Colorado.

It's been happening to us as well. Nice, sunny and warm all week while we're at work and Sat morning rolls around and it's cold, dark and windy or rainy. :bananadead:

Normally haven't been a fan of gas stuff, but the home came with a natural gas fire pit and that thing is amazing. Rain/snow. doesn't matter.

We have a fire table on our courtyard and we love it.

We also have a propane firepit that we take camping as there are times in Az when you can't have any wood fires at all.

Yeah, I work for Fastenal. We do have 2,200 stores nationwide, and 19 distribution centers I could work in. It's just that I am just now building my business up to where it is making good money. I would have to start back at the bottom if I moved out of state.

Yeah. Been there. Done that. Our trucks are normally in really good shape. This one came from a different terminal. It’s a real treat.
