badger would fuck up a coyote.

Probably what was happening was the Coyote was following the badger to capitalize any prey bycatch it might stir up and miss as it digs out some ground squirrel colonies. Bobcats will follow them for this too. Probably not much advantage to the badger unless the squirrel got past it and then turned back due to the Coyote and back into reach of the badger.

Notice how the badger is walking like the Coyote is nothing. What is really cool is the badger used the culvert to cross under the highway. They have only been documented using large underpasses to my knowledge.
