ID this Blue Taco?

My wife saw this Blue Tacoma in town a couple of days ago and she thinks the color is "cute". At first, I was thinking that this was Blazing Blue Pearl, but after looking at a lot of Voodoo Blue pictures, I am pretty sure that is what it is.

Obviously it is a Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab with the Predator steps.

1. Can you positively identify the year of this truck?
2. Can you positively identify the paint color?

If this really is the Voodoo Blue, I think I will be getting a NEW Taco Offroad.

 

2020 TRD Sport in Voodoo blue. If it was in Canada it would be a manual

 

The wheels tell me its a 2020 but I'm sure someone smarter will chime in

Wheels, lack of pro bits (for it to be a 2019, only way to get voodoo that year), chrome surround tail, looking at the headlights appears to even have the new LEDs, etc.

The more I look at the Voodoo Blue, the more the color grows on me. I don't care for the NAME of the color, but I like the color itself. This helps a lot on my decision!
