No. One county let out school at 10 something, others closed. It is raining harder since I took the pic and I can tell from the house that it’s come up on the road more.

Being unhappy at work seems to make everything else worse. Hope something comes your way very soon!

Thanks, I know it's the truth. I can take work sucking or personal issues sucking, but only one at a time.

It doesn't help that they just did some layoffs (I'm unaffected) and that my mentor just confided in me that she's actively looking for another job. Only 2 people I work with know of our plans to move and me looking outside the company so it's hard keeping such a large chunk of my personal life secret.

I don't know what you both are talking about. I love people and their drama. I deal with it every day with a smile on my face. Couldn't ask for a better line of work:anonymous:

It's been ages since I've been out there in Reno. Still get the knarly winds? I remember white knuckle moments on the twin otter taking off and landing o_O

Oh yes. Off and on, but depending on where you are it'll get bad. Washoe is still the worst, but I know a few of the mountain groomers for Mt. Rose and they say it'll get well over 100+ at the summit.

I'd considered Reno at one point as a retirement place, but when I was out there scoping out the area in and around town and over in Smith where I had a friend that had a place...well, let's just say I got some "looks" o_O

I could only assume so? A friend who has some land in Yerington area told me maybe they thought I was one of the Piute Native Americans and wondered why I was diving around in a Lincoln Mark VII...

I'm SORRY, it was a RENTAL!!

That's pretty much any small town outside of Reno. Nevada is...interesting.

Ours was letting out early no they’ve locked them down.

I just had a branch fall off a tree and land on my truck. It’s pouring here and the wind is crazy.
