i will have to special order a Corolla hatchback well in advance

I very nearly bought a Corolla instead of the Taco. I was planning on buying a truck used if I did that. But I'm glad I didn't... LoL


Well, for now... Have an opportunity to move to a new spot that may require an hour and a half drive every day until I get moved... In that case I'm going to be hurting for not grabbing the Corolla. Doh!

 

I do miss the mpg of the corolla. Was really nice when I had long commutes all the time. The sliding around everywhere not so much.

This and the BRZ were sold in the use for a couple years. You can find them used, but I don't know if you can find them in British Racing Green.

The problem is that they have a gutless subaru flat 4 in them that isn't exactly super reliable.

Also, since they've launched the Supra the only Toyota fun car that we can expect is the GR Yaris. Unfortunately.

FYI, I was wrong. They have a special edition for sale in the US in this color. A 2020. But the gutless engine still remains.

 

I would eventually, but not until I get stuff situated enough to sell the house. Which would be at least 6 months.

I considered getting one and turboing it. Then when i blow it up, JZ swap it.
