So to tell you how stupid people are here. Knox county( the county that the city of Knoxville is in) didn’t close school. inside of one or two school where flooding before they called school off and dismissed at 10:30. Everyone knew we would be getting more heavy rain and that some roads where already flooded before the sun even came up.
