Does my 2016 Limited has a tow pacakge?

Just plug in the vin and see if the Mechanical & Performance section of the vehicle specs mentions the tow package (Towing Receiver Hitch, Eng Oil Cooler, Pwr Steering Cooler, 130-Amp Alt, 4/7-Pin Connector, & Trailer Sway Cntrl Coil). Takes away all the guessing.

Here is the picture of my hitch and harness. The harness says UHaul, I guess the hitch is not factory either. Can anyone confirm? Thanks a lot!

 

yup aftermarket, bummer. that means you probably don't have an oil cooler or bigger alternator

If they said that's factory/OEM, they obviously lied.

If it's important that you're able to tow stuff, you need to go in there and tell them to make it right. You should go anyway -- shouldn't feel like lying is OK. Also, even after they make it right, I'd contact Toyota corporate and let them know about how it all went down, how the dealer made (or failed to make) amends, and then tell them how that affects your perceptions of the corporation and your likelihood to buy a Toyota product in the future.

Dealer lied, go back and tell him you want the OEM one you were told it had.

 

Surprised no one has mentioned this but if you look through your grille on the right side and there is a small rectangular radiator in front of the giant one, that's for cooling the transmission while towing which included in the tow package.

I'm more surprised someone hasn't told him to take it back to the dealer and demand a brand new truck for his trouble.

OP, the trailer leads for electrical will be mounted to your bumper next to the license plate. The actual hitch receiver will have two large holes to the left and right of the square hole.
