Sleeves are considered wrong since they don’t actually give you an advantage on your lift. Wraps are considered gear, like a slingshot or deadlift suit, so they are in their own division

Wait so hold on... All you guys with these super extra tight knee sleeves. Do you wear these around the whole time lifting? Or just during the actual lift itself then take them off between sets?

Mine are pretty tight but even I have to take them off after each set or it cuts my circulation off lol

Not that small. I do tons of leg workouts. It’s probably my most hit body muscle lately along with shoulders lol

Ah, central south Ms, Jackson is close to 3 hours north of me.

I’ve killed a few ducks but they were always on hunts with my cousins and they do all the prep work and cooking, otherwise I only eat duck on cruises.

They’re pretty big, she’s been living a rather intense healthy lifestyle for over 15 years and she’s not one to shy away from weights so they grow.
I bet mine are under 12”, once I burn some fat down and get a little definition I’ll be pretty happy with the aesthetics of mine.

4 kids, a husband, and arms that are bigger than mine. She’s very smart, a hard worker, and a good person though sometimes she can be a little intense.
I want muscle definition like she has.

I wear them the whole time I squat. Once the first bead of sweat exits my skin I can’t get my knee sleeves on or off.

I think my calves are like 18in if I remember correctly. My issue with sleeves is fitting on my upper leg above my knee. I can pull them over calves easily but getting them above my knee is the hardest part.

Edit: btw on me 18in still looks like chicken legs below the knee lol

Wait. People take their sleeves off between sets? I know you do that with wraps because it’s literally cutting the blood flow but I’ve never done that with sleeves . I get to the gym. Get through some foam rolling, hip circle stretches and then put the sleeves on before I get going and they stay on until I’m done squatting. I do not wear them for any other lift

I can leave my standard rehband or SBD sleeves on since they are mainly for warmth and aren't too awfully tight.

My comp fit Cerberus sleeves have to come off... It's almost like wearing wraps as it cuts off blood flow and limits leg movement.

I warm up on the bike with loose warm sleeves then switch to comp fit for heavy squats or moving events

Same with my sleeves. They stay on. Also wraps come off each set... Can't keep those on.

If you measure calf’s at the biggest point, mine are 16” :anonymous: and knee cap measurement shows I need a large which is no way possible lol

Comp measure will probably be medium then.

    You got fat knees, son.
