    So I’m driving to Tahoe, shit felt weird, looked at lug nuts, went to re-torque them and found this. How fucked am I? I know replacing them isn’t hard but how about driving like this?

    I'd say one, ok no problem. two - yeah, ok just get them replaced ASAP as in right now. three is sketchy. especially if all in a row. Where did you have wheel/tire work done recently? Take it back if close by. That shouldn't have happened. Damn techs not paying attention to torque and just going to town.

    same thing happened to me on a different vehicle. Some idiot didn't torque the lug nuts and rear wheel almost fell of while whole family was in that car at night. Upon checking the wheel, one of the lug nut had fallen off and rest were bent slightly. I was able to tighten them up and drive to my destination. Ended up replacing all the lug nuts and the rim since rim got bent. I would say don't take a chance and fix it right away.
