Not sure if you meant to quote me or the gentleman before me. But if you revisit the keychain idea with my suggestions, I'll be first in line for a red one :)

Gotta refinish mine anyhow. Figure I’ll do ‘em the same colour as the New wheels.

    Quoted you my friend.
I made a small batch of these bottle openers out of Titanium for friends a long time ago.
The ones I made later were solid, friends still use them to this day.
They never went onto production because milling these couldn't justify pricing them at $35 each for example.
They can be easily attached to a keychain, they're as thick as any of your house keys.

I honestly don't even care about the bottle opener part. I just really like the emblem design but have the TSS and would love to just have a fat horned keychain. Literally just scaling down the emblem without altering the design at all except for removing the mounts and maybe make both sides embossed. These are just suggestions of course, it's your design. But if you make it, I will buy it. :p

So you want a 3D Aluminum-machined Devil Horns emblem the size of a keychain?
I had a bitchin' key chain idea just not feasible to mass produce to cut the cost down.
With luck I should be able to fabricate them in the near future.

That's a very cool design Andre's! If it's titanium $35 is not bad. Especially if they were engraved with model types. SR5, TRD, etc.

Basically. Make it 2.5" wide and whatever the scale to size vertically. Emboss both sides and and give it those crazy paint colors. Add a ring in a bag and boom.

Fabricating these would be more suitable for a water jet or laser cut machine but I only have milling capabilities.
Perhaps I should contract someone who has these capabilities and offer them for less.

Easier said than done but not impossible.
I'll send you my keychain idea on private so you know what's going on.

If only you were on the east coast, I think the shop I work for would be able to help you out with the laser cutting part. I'm sure you can find a good shop in CA though, interested to see what you come up with.

    I wouldn't mind collaborating.
If I were to order 200 pieces for example and have them shipped we could get these started.

How bout you PM me and we can discuss. Usually our pricing is competitive for our services. We can discuss if you want to stick to trying to use titanium (we would have to find it) or we could use our own stock of stainless (aluminum and steel stocked as well but doubt you want those). Not my choice (I'm just the programmer) but just a heads up, we charge by cut inch (for example 1/8" thick stainless is like $0.04/in.). But please feel free to PM me to talk about it, doesn't hurt to throw it out there. I doubt the boss would mind having more customers. XD

I'm in Andres! I have two titanium key rings but neither are Pro editions.

Sounds like I found a solution to the problem. Well have to look at it in detail to see if its something we can both benefit in doing. I'll have to change the geometry design but it's worth looking into. I'll be in touch when I have something to move forward.

    Much appreciated.
