    WTF would cause a 'clunk' in localized to the rear and felt all the way up under the driver/passenger floorboard? Happens when transitioning over bumps (speed bumps or driveway to street - idling or at 5-10mph).

    Checked upper/lower rear shock bolts, ubolts, shackles, front hangar bolts - all are at torque spec, none were loose.

    Checked for any cracked leafs, none that I can see.

    Have not yet put it on stands to pull the rear tires off but wanted to see what else I should look at/check.

    More than a half inch of play or so in the CB isnt good. Just move the driveshaft up and down with your hand.

    It was an early 5 lug thing. But for some reason they left the cutout for the indicator in the instrument cluster all the way until 2004.

    Yup, crawl under and give it a shake, don't be scared to damage anything because you can't do anything close to what regular driving will

    Also a visual can confirm; a cheap parts house one with 45k on it had the rubber bushing coming out
