How difficult is it to use those things? I've been looking at them for years and never bit the bullet.

Very easy. Just buy a set and give it a try. They are cheap enough. Watch a few youtube videos on how to burnish them and go from there. Paul Sellers, Johnathan Katz-Moses, and Wood by Wright have some good videos about card scrapers.

That’s awesome. Do you just glue and clamp that? I just got Biscuit joiner and was looking for a little project to test it out on.

Yeah it's just glue. BUT....if you make one that's too big to go through the planer, you can make 2 sections and biscuit joint those bad boys together.

Got to use my new Festool Domino 700 for the first time on this decking install

    I like

    8mm Sipo Dominos

Decking is all down and picture frame notched for the 2"x2" stainless cable rail posts that we will install next week

That looks incredible. Will you be sealing it with anything or leave it natural?

That domino cutter may be the only festool tool I buy. How did it do staying put while you push? I have a biscuit jointer that likes to wiggle sometimes.

Who can love a $250 attachment so you can use your dust extractor as a vacuum? Should be $90 at best.

Actually, the cheapest one I dislike the most. The 125mm sander.
