    Manifolds are iron so perfectly normal to rust. Same issue on a new C7 Corvette.
    The below product will make them look like new if the rust bothers you.

    Honestly they were probably like that before they went out the door...lol. Cast parts rust almost immediately. It won't cause any problems. Just look like hell.
