I'll admit I really liked the 2019 TRD Sport I rented, except the automatic felt like it was always searching for gears. If I get another truck it will more than likely be a newer model Tacoma but sticking with the manual trans, and don't think I'd sell the 1st gen unless someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

Agreed. Toyota gave me a 2019 when my frame was replaced, the transmission was acting like a woman at a shoe store...

I did....until I picked this one up. I was amazed at how much it feels like a larger truck. As I passed F150s and Ram 1500s on the highway last evening it felt like I was riding at the same height. Granted they are wider and maybe a bit longer but I am perfectly happy in this mid-size.

The Gen 1 was fun and a great utility truck. This is awesome.

Ehhh, I know a guy that got in some serious trouble doing that. Dr told him to do the same thing and wound up blocking himself up. He was in a mess...

Good morning, everyone, from up here above the tree line in NE PA. We only got a few inches of snow yesterday andwith the transition from rain late in the morning it mostly turned to slush. Easy job from inside the heated cab of my UTV. Today looks to be a cold one!! Where's that groundhog???
