That's one of the things you have to watch out for on Copart. Doctored up salvage made to look better than it really is.

Bidfax is a good site to checkout

I think you're gonna be in faaarrrrr deeper than that. I mean, do what you want. I would be most concerned about fitment, I don't think that driver side is gonna line up well with anything ever. I would half suspect the "hail damage" is a worksite accident. I guess if it sold for $3k, then even I would take it. And just part it out. But I guess it depends on how much it goes for. This one looks like a nightmare that's gonna sell for way more than it should because it looks like it isn't. Just my 2 cents, I've been burned on copart before like others.

this is the kind of thing I was talking about. It may look real good, that "it only needs about 1500 worth of parts", but in reality its something far far worse that you will only find once you start tearing into the thing. be very careful with auction vehicles. I would never ever buy one sight unseen again.

Edit: (Edit2: this is the "bin" price? not the min "actual" bid I mean) Just saw this Minimum Bid: 10,400 USD. lol fuckkkkk that.

Copart does weird stuff like cancel bids when a sale date is assigned. I don't know why they do that.
