    WOW

I use one of these but I drop it down the side of the door so it rests on top of the hinge, nearly impossible to move

I’m sorry to hear that. I wish you luck with job searching. I hope you don’t have to join the TacomaWorld Gym & Fitness Unemployment club.

But if we know anything its that you do in fact survive. :drunk:

If it comes to that I hope you find something quickly that is more fulfilling and prosperous in the end.

Have to ask - Is anyone vegetarian in here?

I've cut out pretty much all meats (no chicken, fish, red meat, pork, etc.) and have been feeling super damn good. My lifts have been improving, more energy, no feeling gross after meals. And not to mention, it makes a difference down there...Or so I think

Have to say, I'm impressed what cutting out meat can do in just a short period of time.

@weldertaco what damn belt did you order? I have a pioneer cut and it was Ike $90. I know all of the stock belts are right around $100. And they’re 10mm leather, but have just as much leather and stiffness as a 13mm

    Think you’re the first.

How many grams of protein do you consume daily and what foods do you get it from?

    Fuck.
    No.

I eat at least a pound of meat a day.
I’m really trying to make the switch to pasture raised/grassfed, organic animal products. Not just for health reasons but environmental/ethical reasons.

Nothin opposed to plant based diets I just love my meats (I’ll leave @Travish325 to insert dirty joke here).

What benefits specifically do you experience from the vegetarian life?
Do you still consume dairy and eggs?
Any plans to go full plant based?
    What is your primary sport?
Why did you chose to adopt this diet philosophy?

Switched it up a little today, weights before cardio and then another 10 minutes of weights after cardio, felt amazing when I got home.

I’am still hoping for an honest answer from the op.
But I will go ahead and talk about it, I haven’t watched it but IMO if you’ve heard enough about one or two fad diets you’ve heard about them all, I don’t think there are any scientific studies or unbiased studies supporting anything that that documentary suggests. From what I’ve heard, plant based proteins are high in soy which definitely isn’t healthy, packon or someone else may be able elaborate on that.

I don’t count anything. I just lift and eat.
