If you actually took that thing off road, the weight of the wheels would destroy the differentials and blow out the wheel bearings within a couple days.

That runner is a Jabroni for sure.

I guess keeping only one cooler filled will compensate for lean.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
Unless that State Park is Michigan's Silver Lake State Park. You better have a real offroad capable rig to visit.

I worked in a semi-trailer wreck rebuild shop and Dewalt would not hold up to our use. The chop saws and sawzalls would crap the gears out after a couple weeks use. We had an old Makita chop saw bolted to the bottom of a 55gal drum that had been there forever so I suggested we buy another Makita chop saw. They did and that was the last problem we had with chop saws.

They bought 2 Dewalt sawzalls and they both crapped out (stripped gears) and were repaired several times. One was always being repaired. Just like the chop saw we had an Old Milwaukee sawzall that kept chugging along, I suggested another Milwaukee, they bought one, and that was the last sawzall we had to buy. Both Dewalts stayed in their cases--broken.

Dewalt is fine for homeowner use but wouldn't hold up in my industrial setting.

WHOA WHOA WHOA. We do NOT say anything negative about the 4Runner, it has twice as much power, interior space, and reliability as the Tacoma. Somehow whenever I go out on a trail run/ car camping trip with one I’m tasked with carrying things like the chainsaw, dirty camping gear, the long pop up tent etc, but that has nothing to do with me having a “truck bed.” A 4Runner could carry more than FIVE truck beds if it wanted.

Yeah it’s easy to forget this since the 4Runner people have such a superiority complex in the Toyota community, most of the public views the 4Runner as similar to an Outback or something, maybe like a cooler Highlander.

Yeah, I agree! I love Mike’s videos and it was nice to see someone in the community give a truck platform it’s due.
