.390 at the deepest part today or about 12/32 in tire talk.

 

SO i decided to do this mod as well- for the passenger window switches... the saborway kit fits the passenger door perfectly! but no go on the rears. I am still working on a different solution- in the meantime- i have 2 extra switches (white LED) that i can't use... if anyone wants these i am looking to get $10 + shipping a piece... PM me

 

Trailtoys sells a similar product that's great.

Just want to add that you can push the silicone into the cracks and smooth out the seal using your finger. Just wet your finger with Isopropyl Alcohol first and it won't stick to your skin. Not everyone knows this trick

 

I plan on using the switch cover off of the saborway switch, swap on to the OEM housing and retrofitting an LED in there.

how much lift did you get? Thinking of going with 887’s with 1/2” spacer.

 

I used a 3/8” spacer on left and a 1/4” spacer on right. Ended up with 3.25” on left, and 3.00” on right. (With a half tank of gas, and without my fat ass.) haha

 

Installed towing mirrors. Some eBay specials, but they fit well and the electrical connector worked. I'll see how they hold up.

I bought aftermarket headlights for my truck and made my own bead of automotive silicone around the whole edge before installing them.

 

Had a look inside the tailgate to see if anything can be done to make the opening process more solid. It feels like it's going to break every time I open it. Need to do a little drinking, I mean thinking about it.
