Need Some Advise!!!

My Buddy Just Told me Earlier that he had black eagle alloy rims on his tundra don't know if its flat black or polish black and they are 265/70 R18 I think is what he told me but and they are the old style with the circles around the rims whatever anyways hes said if i wanted to buy them he would sell them to me for $400 including tired i pretty sure it a good buy but just wanted to know if i would be able to run those tires on my stock Tacoma without the left??????? Need some advise here guys

What year tundra? Current tundra is 5 lug, you have 6.

 

well he told me his tundra is 6 lug!!! he just don't know his pattern! but i'm pretty sure its the same lug nut pattern if its 6 rite???
