Went from a non scoop to a +25HP scoop.

Lucked out and found a guy on CL selling his 2010. Swapped hoods straight across, no cash added. Had to re-dip the insert since the previous job was peeling bad.

Also had a pretty cool one-off bumper the previous owner had made. If he ends up selling it to a dealer for cash, I might see if he’ll swap bumpers

He’s been trying to sell his truck for 45 days now... 2010, 182k miles, long bed Sport package. 13.5k obo in the Boise,ID area.

 

I'm gonna try and put a video out when I get a chance to edit all of it. I basically did it with stuff I had in my garage, 1/8th in rivets a dremel, plastic welder, stainless mesh and a hacksaw blade. Took a few hours,

I prefer AC for obvious reasons . Maybe once or twice a year I could use a double cab .

 

Nice exhaust cut off is that the stock pipe cutted down? If it is was there a noise different ?

Did the ECGS bushing by myself and the vibes are gone! I'm ready for a nap!

Changed the fluids in diffs and transfer case while I was down there. Tried the new packaging from Amsoil and it made filling so easy.
