Not even close. The GX has the same setup as an FJ/4Runner in the front and air springs in the rear.

Installation wise, the front is very very similar. That's what I meant.

I just got back. Went from 80s and sun to sleet, freezing rain and snow in Greenwood. On the bright side I got about 20 bottles of bourbon. First suitcase unloaded without any harm! E9AB9FDC-0B78-456F-BB28-3EFF73A4D45B.jpg

I haven’t seen my bag since Thursday, when we got on a plane to leave Greenville. I bought a bathing suit and couple shirts. I’ve drank the whole time so I’m content.

Nah they are pretty close. 5100/885s for me on my front suspension. Install was the exact same as my tacoma minus the kdss. Rear is just coils and arms instead of leafs but fronts are pretty identical to the tacomas.

I did a french drain in my front yard that came out a popup emitter. I had some pretty bad pooling on my side yard and it would stay damp and muddy for a few days after the rains had gone. Installing the french drain myself was back breaking work. Your options are what @ovrlndkull stated about getting a pre-wrapped perforated pipe with the popcorn fill around it. This method is a bit more pricey than getting just a spool of unsocked perf pipe. For example: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Advance...ipe-Perforated-with-Sock-04730100BS/100129255 @ 208$ vrs https://www.homedepot.com/p/Advance...orex-Drain-Pipe-Perforated-04010100/202282466 @ 72$. It's the same pipe just one has the sock over it. You can get some weed barrier paper like https://www.homedepot.com/p/Landmas...-Heavy-Duty-Commercial-Grade-30118H/203121433. You might not need 6', but I wouldn't go any smaller than 3'. You'll need enough to wrap around the gravel fill completely with no gaps, I used 4' barrier paper and it was tight. You'll need a weed barrier paper that will allow water to pass through. Dig your trench about 2 to 3' wide and at least 2' deep. Maintain a 3ft run / 2in drop grade to keep water moving in your pipe. I used a flat based shovel to keep the base of my trench nice and flat, a spade will work if that's all you have. Look for washed granite gravel if you can find it and then you'll lay the barrier paper in your trench, put in a little bit of gravel base, lay your perf pipe and surround the rest of the pipe with gravel. Roll up your burrito and secure closed with some yard staples and backfill with the dirt you pulled out of the trench. I used a popup emitter: https://www.homedepot.com/p/NDS-4-in-Plastic-Pop-up-Drainage-Emitter-422G/100153624 and some 12x12 catch basins to expedite the water drainage. Check out https://www.youtube.com/user/appledrains I used their videos prior to starting my project and everything went good.

Give it about 500 miles or so and recheck your torque values also, your springs will settle a little unless you bought used. I cant remember if you said you got new springs earlier in the thread.

Careful that you don't catch that Corona virus, otherwise you'll need to catch Lyme disease because you can't have a Corona without a Lime.

Thanks for the links! I'll research those. In the mean time, I have drainage rocks already. I'm digging the hole deeper in front of the shop door. Then building sort of a barrier around it to keep the dirt out. Then filing with the drainage rocks I already have. I think I'm probably going to hire someone for the French drain, depending on cost. My yard is full of roots and I don't want to die digging a trench! Lol.
For the truck, I've ordered a taco lean spacer, should be here tomorrow. We'll install that Tuesday and align it.
