started last week on the project but it's too cold today.
atm the track system is only held on with a few bolts. need the threaded washers as it's a bitch to stick both a loose washer and a loose nut.
taking the side body panel off is a nightmare and i'd rather rip the bed off the frame to get to where i need to

few holes in the track line up with the oversized clip holes, but with 12 bolts on the one side, the fender washers shouldn't have an issue in those openeings

Anyone with a garage mind me coming over to work on this? because i can't wait

I have 6112's up front and kept the 610lb spring that comes with it. I have a full Pelfreybilt front bumper, x20 winch, full armour, sliders and it's perfect. I removed the sway bar back when front end suspension was stock and there was a lot of "sway". It was very soft. Decided to ride the Bilstein's as they come and then upgrade to 650's if needed. I can tell you they are perfect for all the weight I drive around with. I have a bit of sway but nowhere near what the stock springs provided. If I had gone to 650lb springs, it would have been very stiff.

Your front bumper is aluminum and you are running synthetic right?

Lol was just curious. I’m steel bumper, and skids/sliders, with stee cable winch. I’m on the 886 coils which are 680ish if I remember correctly. I still got a bit of body roll with the sway bar. Again it’s completely based on personal preference and opinion. Compared to a heavy duty truck my truck rides smooth. @Norilsk thinks mine rides like a bag of shit, which isn’t entirely wrong lol

Ah interesting so we are pretty close and the 610’s aren’t too bad eh. Hmmm. I have the fox 2.0’s with the stock shocks (650lbs) and was going to jump to 700lbs.
    More research for me.....

I lost the sporty handling when the weight went on and the sway bar was removed. The way it is now, I feel it's smooth driving everyday and it works off road. I feel another 50lbs per spring would make it harder to the point I would hate it. I would have to try it to say for sure but I'm basing it on how it feels from stock to now.

I did a lot of research before installing the 6112's to see whether I should just go to 650's right away or not. I asked on the 6112 thread and individuals online, their setups and what each person was looking for. Each were so different, that it was hard to come up with a proper idea of what would work. All I can say is it feels good right now for multi purpose rig. You can drive my truck at the next meet and see what you think.

Ah cool. You can drive mine with the heavier coils. They are on the OME shocks and have over a 100k but should give you an idea.
