Did my 12 month service today. It's 12 months because I haven't hit 10,000 miles yet. I can't believe I've already had the truck for a year.

I might end up doing my oil myself. There was oil all over the skid plate. Sloppy work on the change. I cleaned the skid up and wiped the drain plug and filter housing. It doesn't look like it's seeping anywhere. I'll keep an eye on it. I'm just a bit disappointed at the sloppy work.

Nope - base model SR with no fogs... Plus this way I can run fogs whenever I want.

Washed it. Ceramic coated the rims. Threw on the Meso mirror signals. Can send a Video for anyone considering it. They’re way brighter than the stock stuff

 

Popped two more Rigid Ignite mini-floods into my back up lights--had two already in rear bumper, but bit the bullet and mounted two on either side of the lower bed. And replaced the driver side rear wheel well liner after ripping it up with a broken chain. And to catch up, in last few weeks have put on full set of Ricochet Offroad skid plates and added a Leer basic camper shell to the bed.

 

Installed the OEM (Toyota) tailgate lock kit!

 

Found out what the little tab in the left front wheel well is for. It's there so we can mount KC highlights cyclone's as rock lights. Also found that there are metal brackets in the top center of the rear wheel wells. Wired them into the cargo light circuit.

 

How bright are they?

Toyota actually makes those that are already the color you are talking about. Saw them in a few trucks when I was shopping for mine. You may find someone in your area that doesn't like them and would be willing to swap with you. You could also post on the buy, sell, trade forum. Good luck.

 

Got my wheels wrapped (Ray10s + 285/75/16 KO2s). Installed front suspension (Billie 6112) and UCAs (Total Chaos). Doing the rear tomorrow - 5160s and Dakars.
