    Look mighty tasty. Now you should stuff that in a pretzel and cook the pretzel.

    You could also take some crush up sourdough pretzels put more binder on your pretzel then coat it in the crushed sourdough pretzel and then a quick deep fry.

    Side note: a couple years ago I made homemade pretzel dough and stuffed them with cheddar stuffed little smokies... Took FOREVER to make enough for the Party Garage.. and they scarfed them down right quick.

    @Misplaced Nebraskan did you use a whole pork belly? What if you cut the belly the short way and made them smaller (more mouths fed) ?

    I had some left over belly. These are cut the narrow way. They wind up small ish. You can go thinner and smaller but loose the belly succulence.
