I think 1.0 was a tad salty. 1.1 has it backed out some.

Garlic forward, followed by notes of garlic, with a garlicy finish.

I kid. There is a little more to it and you can taste it. More of a garlic pepper than a garlic salt, though.

It's good. More tweaking in attempts ahead to get just a wee bit more complexity, but this will remain a fairly basic seasoning for garlic heads. The wife loved it.

    Here is the first test:

Texture on this stuff is amazing.

First attempt at ribs. 3-2-1 method, tried to do the rib rolling to make them fit, couldn’t get them to stay curled on the skewer so I cut two racks. I put Unicorn on 1/2 of them, and a dry rub I bought locally from a food truck guy at the local brewery. Problem is I can’t remember which racks got which rub! Waiting for the stuffed shrooms to finish smoking and the green beans to finish sautéing.

I actually just pulled ours, only one, pepper, onion ,cream cheese, took just over 2 hours but I wasn’t regulating heat much, just went to internal temp of 155°. Need to play with seasonings a bit.

    good stufff
