Double circuit last night with core work additional, finished out with a 15 minute cycle. Single circuit today with 15 minutes on the stair climber.

Weighed this AM and I had a slight increase in weight. I need to start tracking calories again but I'm eating light-ish and 5 or 6 days/week I only have 2 meals per day so I'm not sure what's going on with that, I feel better than I did 2 months ago and there's a visual change (not particularly to me, but to family) but I need to drop weight to go easier on my joints.

I heard "stay away from Oahu" forever and went a couple years ago.. it was awesome!! I liked it better than Maui!! The north shore is majestic!

We stayed a week on Oahu in a condo before catching a cruise and I really enjoyed it, we went up on the mountain and saw the seismograph, and several other places including the lava fields. I much preferred Alaska over Hawaii though.

Never been to Alaska. Maybe one day. That’ll probably be like a future fishing trip.

I want to stay in a condo while in Kawaii. Preferably on the beach. All it takes is money right? Lol

Ya it’s not easy. It took me months to learn how to even get up and go straight on my short board. Long boards are much easier to learn on, but it’s still very difficult. No two waves are ever the same and everything is always changing. But man, it’s the best feeling in the world. Better than sex.

Nope. Nothing ever changes in gymnastics. Everything stays static. Surfing there’s always something different. Wave height, speed, angle... nothing is ever the same. I’m not saying gymnastics is easy, but it’s certainly easier than surfing.

We went in 2011-ish, a one week cruise and one week land tour in the kenai peninsula, it was awesome.

I don’t remember Kawaii, we’ve been there a few times but I was either too young or didn’t care enough to remember it.

I’ve been to Kawaii as a little kid. Like 4 or 5.

I’d like to experience it as an adult.

    Europe will probably be 2022.
Need to get some traveling done before kids suck up all our money.

Oahu is nice, but it’s just like living in LA with all the people and traffic. And the military. Oahu is like 75% military. West side is nice, but very local. East side is beautiful, filled with rich white people and the marine base. North shore is great too. It’s got a lot to offer for sure, but for someone visiting the islands for the first time I would not send them to Oahu. Way too many damn people there.
