Yeah my brother has a practice in Killeen. Definitely popping. The rental market there is popping too. Might be worth checking into at least, anywhere in that area in general

He's long retired and would love nothing more than for me to be there.

In Guilford County theres like 12 smaller cities/towns surrounding Greensboro ranking from East Gary Indiana, to the nicest, richest place you can think of. If that rating is just for the G'boro city limits, its spot on.

 

Yeah my brother is in Waco and they've been wanting me to move and I've been wanting to as well. I love it down there. I know most don't or whatever but it's me doing it, not them lol

Yeah I wouldn't venture to say that any part of Texas has better weather than where I'm at

 

It is crazy, I was talking to a friend the other day who built his own house down there, spend 95k on the house and 30 or some on the land.

He could sell for 700ishk today, pretty fast
