You may want to look in to a foam topper first. They make them in all sorts of soft/firmness.

Yeah we've tried toppers, turning the bed etc. Always tired still and wake up feeling like I was hit by a truck and back pain. I know I'm getting old and stuff but it cant be just that...

 

Those mattress sales people know their shit.

 

My wife and I felt the same way, now we have a Purple mattress and it's changed our sleep.

 

yeah I was the same way before I got this mattress. Some mornings I’d wake up and could barely walk bc my back hurt so bad.

I looked at those and a couple other online ones. It's scary to pick something out like that, not knowing what I like or if it's actually good. I don't even know if I prefer a hard or soft mattress. I just wanna sleep good...

My years of degen. disk disease discomfort were helped by:
- yoga (if only beginner yoga, just getting additional spinal movement into the equation),
- raising the height of the 'head' of the bed 2-3" over the 'foot' via spacers,
- using one of those giant u-shaped pillows to ease lower back/hip discomfort.

 

Anyone else disappointed Ho sidnt pop in here with his dupe account? Makes me want to smack a ho.

Guess our family is less important than fucking around on 3rd gen fires.

 

He'll certainly have some explaining to do once he gets back. I just hope he's hitting the slopes and not beating up his liver in the meantime.
