Europe is pretty cool, '05 we went to London, France, Amsterdam, and Scotland, and then 2013 we spent 2 weeks in Switzerland and saw 7 of the 14 cantons (counties) as well as the Matterhorn.

Aruba is awesome, you wont be disappointed. We've been there three times as a port of call on cruises, the beaches are always nice and the people very hospitable.

Both my parents were Air Force so I’ve had the privilege of living in Germany and got to do a lot of European traveling. I have not been to Ireland or England which I want to hit this time around.

I would really like to go to Germany, I’ve heard good things about it from military buddies but never been.
I really want to go to Ireland, my parents are going in May and I’m irritated that I can’t go, out next planned trip is a 7 day cruise out of New Orleans in July.

Yeah, they're super simple to plan with multiple people, my parents, sister, 2 single cousins, and another cousin and his wife are going on the cruise and it was just easier to decide on a cruise and book multiple rooms through one person than try to figure out logistics of Airbnb's or condo rentals.
Until I was 18 we averaged 1 cruise per year, typically large family cruises, 15 of us or more for 2 weeks, it was a good time.

I’ve been on two and never again. I’m not a fan. They can be very convenient if you are into them though.

You know what I’m speaking it into my phone because regardless of how many college degrees I collect I can’t spell to save my life. So I blame my iPhone for this. The 10mg of codeine every 4 hours probably doesn’t help either.:drunk:

They’re not for everybody but we enjoy them, we started out with Norwegian cruise line and then switched to princess, the food quality on princess took a nose dive about 8 years ago and we switched to carnival, not my favorite but they’re ok. July cruise is with royal Caribbean, I think I’ll like them a lot.

Those are pretty good lines. We made the mistake of going with Carnival one time.

I just don’t like ships. So no more for me.

Ah, makes sense, I grew up on a shrimp boat so I have a natural draw to boats/ships.

I started a new routine, Reg Parks beginner routine. After over 3 months of StrongLifts 5x5 I am a bit tired of it. Its mental mostly I think but a little physical. I am slotting this in now and did my first one saturday. I liked it. It forced me to 25 (5 sets of 5) chin-up like items (i was having to jump to get the motion started) that I could do, my lats were screaming but it was awesome to show myself what I could do. I also like the way the Reg Parks routine is broken up and the accessories tossed at the end. I will have to do front squats today though. that will be new for me. Going to start low weight and should be good through.

SL5x5 set a good bar for me, but i feel its time to move past it and start branching out. I did it for 3 months and 1 week, but I am ready to keep progressing on to the next thing that will help me achieve my goal: unassisted chin-up, unassisted pistol squat on ea leg, unassisted handstand

Nope, but I have friends who LOVE to dive in Bonaire twice/year and they swear by that place. heres a quora breaking down curacao, bonaire, and aruba

Cheating on myprotein. Almost out of protein and syntha6 is on sale for about the same price as myprotein. Their chocolate brownie batter might be the best tasting protein I’ve ever had.

Also hit 475x2 on squats this morning. Digging lowbar except for the fact my elbow tendinitis flares up now.
