Some back strap wrapped in bacon with potatoes cooked with onions for dinner last night. Did a reverse sear after some smoke. 3CC00460-4F94-4741-A7EC-5E15515ECBC5.jpg6E3ED10F-6957-4B91-A70C-04917E3C8768.jpg

I think it'll be mighty fine on pork. That'll be the next test. The other thing I can already see? Chicken wings.

If you dig garlic, I plan on this stuff being right up your alley. I'll keep everyone posted.

Liked, but only to stand in solidarity and because I think it might mean newer, better goodies in the near future :D.

I'll get some of you folks involved in testing again. We'll do a round like we did with the Unicorn. That feedback was very helpful.

Still a couple/few steps off on this one from that, though.

Damn, man. Sorry to hear it. Sometime we just need a little bump in the right direction and good things take off from there.

Let me know if I can do anything for you! Need some brisket cooked, vacuum sealed, and shipped in a freezer pack?!?! ;).

I tinker with glazes and the like around the house, but to go commercial, there are some unique challenges regarding production, packaging, and then storage of something that is perishable.

You could always do one that is dehydrated, you add water to re-hydrate it and then it becomes a sauce.

I mix melted butter with on point and use it as a wet rub sometimes. It’s great.

Very kind offer, but no I can't let you do that. I think all I need is a good swift kick in the ass.
