Kinda hard to sell it then isn’t it?

Guess you better hit up the Craigslist missed connections section.

They gave me $500 for the Neon and I was happy to get it. It's been nickle and diming us for the last couple of years. The power steering pulley shattered last week so I limped it in as is. It's a real shit box and it only had 143,000 miles on it. My daughter is loving the Corolla though, since she's been driving the Neon for about 10 years. Not to bag on the Neon as it was a good car over the years. It took me on a lot of adventures.

I’m still waiting for @GQ7227 review of the 2020 Tacoma. Starting to think he’s not gonna do it and is just leading us on and playing with our feelings.

did the heater work well still?
i cannot say the Corolla has power steering issues, but damned that heater cooks and bakes like the AZ sun

it may have a bad wheel bearing, not sure
major rust perforations in various sections including a very dangerous one :bananadead:
132k(ish) miles of hardcore sloppy winter city stop and go driving took its nasty mid west toll

and it HAS never had a clock in it lol

If you sell it for scrap yeah it’s less. If you trade it in to the dealer it’s just shuffling numbers. They can give you $500 trade and not discount the vehicle as much. Or they could give you $5 trade and discount the vehicle an additional $495. It’s just a shell game.

the bottom line is all the same.

would it be better to test drive a slightly used one that has been broken in and test driven miles are a non-issue?
would hate to rack up the mileage and see what it can do on a nearly new truck

I just wish it wasn't so damn expensive. Patiently waiting to watch the used market for them.

don't they balk at you wanting to drive it more than a mile or two?
