That actually looks like a good deal. If I were you, I would pony up the extra $21 per month for the 12k mileage allowance.

But I dunno your situation. Maybe you're sure you don't need the miles?

    What state are you in?

That's not bad. Before I bought mine I was looking at leases for a 2019 and they were around that price. For a 2020 I think you're doing well.

Are the MF and RV correct for your area? Dealers can't play with RVs, but do many times increase MFs.

The mileage adjustment fee is throwing me off. Can you explain that? It doesn’t look too bad though. Could you squeeze another 1-2% off of MSRP, maybe but it wouldn’t be earth shattering.

I would actually state the opposite....who would want to buy a vehicle today with the beta testing, general issues and those things that always seem to break a month out of warranty.

My guess is that the adjustment is probably the increase in RV for going from 12K to 10K miles a year. What is missing from the quote is the Cap Cost which you need to know what discount dealer is giving you. Dealers don't give you that until you ask for it because it's a lease and you aren't buying the truck. total BS.

Edit: Also does the monthly payment include sales tax? or OP could be in a state where you have to pay sales tax up front or don't pay at all.

It’s gonna cost you 13,052.36 plus tax, title fee and registration to drive that truck for 36 months and 30k miles. If you were an owner rather than a tenant depreciation would be at most 8k at 36mo. and 30k miles.

Depends on state. Those additional fees you mentioned in Pa for example is included in the net monthly payment.

Yeah, if you put on miles, leasing it out of the scenario.
