I was just about to ask if that place was legit or not. I'd grab the $80 dirt bike just for shiggles but not really interested in being an example either. Could end up being the most expensive dirt bike I ever buy!

I have no idea how legit it is. I noticed they are based out of China so none of our laws matter to them. On the other hand if you go to there home page I noticed most of the womans clothing they have is not at a cheap price. So it might be worth it to try if someone is willing to be the guinea pig.

Some cards I know capital one for example will give you a one time use card number setup for stuff like this. I think the same protections carry over so when you book vacation to sketchy areas it might be nice to use that

Have fun with the snow this is the view from the deck where I’m at. Flying home around 0100 Thursday morning though. After this trip in the middle of even a mild winter I’m more and more convinced I hate the cold and want to move south. Maybe not to the Caribbean south but more south than RI.

Citi will too. They call it "virtual account numbers" but say it isn't available on all cards. I have a Double Cash that has the feature.

    Thanks for the tip:thumbsup:
This one turned out to be a little deceptive. I was pretty explicit about my rust concerns before driving out and when I got there wasn't too impressed. Shocks were rotted, lots of thick rust on the frame and a few areas on the bumpers. A previously undisclosed fuel leak, broken ebreak and a few other things. All those besides the frame are workable, but not for the price they wanted. There was also a sketchy report I found when searching the vin about it being involved in a manslaughter conviction of the owner and he blamed the ball joint recall on it...o_Oo_O

So, I have an eye on a few others, but any other tips to look at I'd really appreciate. :hattip::hattip:

Post some pics of some fun ones! Or some baller ass busses for us to drool over

Does anyone here really enjoy the rv life? I’ve never been drawn to the bus style. I get either the van life style or the truck bed or small trailer. Then again we have zero children so my mindset may be different.

I like the idea of one of the smaller buss types, maybe b class? It would be nice to drive around all the national parks or at least some for a month or two one fall. I don't know that I'd use it more than once a year though, and I'm sure some years it wouldn't get used. Hopefully will rent one some day and get it done for a lot cheaper.

I love the idea of a sprinter van (with an emergency toilet let’s be real). But like all I need really is a bed and shower and everything else I’ll figure out elsewhere. Even fast food Mickey Ds and the king can cover for dinner without being super unhealthy nowadays. I dunno, different strokes for different folks just not my thing I guess.

I just googled yeah b class is about as big as I’d go. That being said if I lived in a hurricane prone area I’d have one for sure that can handle me and wife and dog for a few days if we had to evacuate. No worries of hotels and whatnot. Bed comes with us we can park up wherever.

I like homemade blood sausage fried with the nice Portuguese rolls with butter. Market near downtown Lowell has it frequently. Been awhile though. Nice fish on Wednesday and Friday’s, I believe...

Aside from a compressor and air lines, what sort of nozzle would I need? Buying a compressor soon.
I am , however, very interested in the next FF gathering....

I'm not sure if I qualify for 'RV life', but I do enjoy camping and it makes up most of our family vacations. Even before kids, we had a pop up and did tent camping. Now, we do more like this guy
    VVV

Motor homes never appealed to me. I like to park the camper, unhook, then be free to roam around with just my truck. With a motor home, you have to pack for traveling anytime you want to move the thing, no quick trip down the road to the store or ice cream shop with the kids. Plus, I don't camp enough to justify a motor home. I prefer tow behinds although, some day, I want a 5th wheel toy hauler!
