Roger that. Try to install a set over the arc can tab gussets and tell me your opinion then. Until then my opinion remains that. My opinion.

Hey bud, I received your pics & measurements which was exactly what I needed, thank you! I haven't worked on it yet, however. I've been laser focused for the past 2 weeks on finishing the very last RCLT HD prototype (which I am excited to report was finished two days ago). I am currently working on front bumpers, then will work on your project when I start on the 1st gen Tacoma/3rd gen 4Runner HD Gusset Kits :thumbsup:

You’d have a good product to sell with prototyping off mine for anyone with a long travel kit from dirt king, LSK, Solo, Or camburg race kits since lockout on the LCA is pretty common with prerunners and hard rock crawling IfS dudes with long travel :)

Needless to say I’m excited to see your design
I have some other pictures I’ll send to you in a minute from some other stuff I’ve seen

truck went to Tandem Auto today for their first install of these HD frame braces. my tech has all the instructions, videos, and all this forum info in hand, and he's looking forward to learning this install. and I'm looking forward to reporting back with pics.

first thing i told him is DON'T SCREW UP MY ALIGNMENT! I'm kinda OCD about my alignments, which is the main reason this kit is going on. :D

Joey at Tandem did the install, his first of this kit, and he nailed it. Good work and thank you, Joey!

you know, i can feel this upgrade on tarmac. i have my truck setup like a big kart for on-road fun and tossability, and i have the firmest E range tires i could find for my setup, so the front end is sharp. but it has always had a tick of slop with the steering as the front end flex eats the details. but no longer, i had a good chunk more steering response and feedback. very happy with this, thank you @BigMike!

Nice, I agree with the steering, feels more solid. Looks great all welded in place.

Just ordered a kit. I've had a bent alignment cam tab I've been meaning to get around to having fixed. This kit offers a more robust solution as opposed to hammering it back and welding it, or the TC gussets. I plan on keeping this truck for a while. Thanks guys!

    About halfway done...
Another happy customer! My installers @JimSnell first kit. He was very happy with the fitment. We did fully remove the LCA because we were changing out bushings. This also allows you to add quite a few more beads that you could not do with LCA in the way.
Only change we would add is to tack all parts into place while LCAs are still mounted. We tackled the bushings first then the braces. When reinstalling the LCA we noticed very slight changes probably because the welding/heat pull things around. @Skell Knocked these out for me! It was a bit of a PITA on my truck, since the majority of my tabs were bent flat.

Overall Great product, I have much more confidence off road now!

This is the way Toyota should have done it from the start, but a big shout out to @Marlin Crawler for coming up with such a useful mod for our trucks!!

No more stupid bent cam tabs!!

Has anyone had any issues getting their truck aligned with these on and LCA skids on?

no issues at all for me. i managed the same numbers as before install, which is something since I've worked hard to get that dialed in. perfectly even l &r with even caster at 4.1°.

No problems here. I was able to get 0.2 camber, 0 toe, 2.6 caster with my JBA UCAs...but I don't have skids on my
    LCAs.

Are you having issues after the install?

Need to order these before my next trip to try and remedy some bent LCA mounts. Are there any current applicable discounts for TW or otherwise?
