I’m down 11 in 2 weeks, only ~59 more to go...
Eating healthy is expensive...

 

Van lady has been trying this super expensive Herbalife bullshit. I told her she’d lose more weight if there wasn’t so much dust on the treadmill...

But, she thought I was saying that the house isn’t clean enough.

 

Hah I hear you on that one; I moved my weight bench, cleaned out a spot and and hung an old TV up in front of our treadmill, I think it’s been used maybe 3 times.

We’re both doing the same plan, holding each other accountable... only problem is the empty calories in Bourbon.

 

I’m on graves for at least 5 more years think I might quit.

 

Midnights and weight loss are tough for me. I work out a few times per week, but it’s difficult to eat on a separate schedule then my wife some days.
Also, my schedule is about to change to a full on 4/2 on mids, how do you guys arrange your sleep schedule?

Eating like shit is part of what kills me on mids. Hard to cook for two people when you eat at different times of the day. Usually when we do cook, the wife makes dinner and I just take leftovers with me to work. Eating reheated dinner everyday gets old real quick though. Sit down meals together on the weekends are about all we get.

 

Arguing with coworkers about how the coronavirus is blown out of proportion. I've heard "It's 10x's more deadly than the Spanish flu that killed 20 million"......yet it only has a 3% mortality rate and although more people have the flu(it has a .1% mortality rate), the flu has killed more people.

I’ve been catching 3 hrs in the morning and 4 hrs at night. Eating dinner with the wife Lately. But I need to stop breaking it up, and sleep for a solid amount of time. Just need to find my groove.

It's already been passed around. One of the NP thought she just had to share it with me last night.

 

I got it super bowl Sunday pretty much wrecked that for me.

 

usually home by 745, try to be in bed by 9 depending on how much of a fuck show the shift was and how much decompression is needed. wake up at 3:30-4 to get the kids at daycare and come home to cook dinner by 530. I used to stay up til work at 11 but lately I’ve been taking a quick hour or so nap after putting the boys to bed at 730-8. Unfortunately I flip to a “normal” schedule on weekends which kills my groove.

problem is my neighbor across the street has a landscape company and can be running machines any given time/day and my wife works from home so sleep is always broken or interrupted.

 

And for healthy meals, we’ve been doing a lot of Skinnytaste recipes. Tonight is leftover soup.

4/2 is rough, break goes too quick. We do 5/2 then 4/3; wish we could back to 4 tens/3 like the civilians did when I was active duty.
I sleep 2-3 hrs in the morning after shift, then 3-4 hrs in the evening before shift...only way I see daylight up here in Winter. Easier for us since we're empty-nesters; wife works swings.
