yo, these are $129 for a set. he put out an early adopter discount for 99 when released, but now they are regular price. it's not expensive.

Did, done both. Just from some wheeling around a lake, drivers rear hanger bent. These trucks are great right off the lot, but can be made soooooo much better.

    What haven’t I changed?
To really put it in perspective, the Total Chaos cam tab gussets are now $120 for a lot less steel and reinforcement

Is there a reason that the cam tab sides cant be slotted into the main plate to help with allightment/strength? like this??
    download.jpg

this would help align the tabs to the bracket, and give a place on the backside of the bracket to weld making the joint that much stronger... just a suggestion. but I like the setup, and that you took into account people already putting in the alignment tab re-informents.

Has anyone everdone/contemplated/heard of anyone doing a complete replacement of the lower control arm mounts? I bought these gussets but my lower mounts are so destroyed I’m hesitant to try gusset them, would love to replace first then gusset
Not sure where I’d even find replacements

If anyone is looking for a welder to install these in the LA area, hit up @GHOST SHIP . He just completed mine today. Solid service with quality workmanship. And it was quick too. Did the CMC and the braces in about 4 hours. I'll post up pics soon.

Edit - ...and a VERY reasonable price.

Eh, I've already bent the alignment tabs. For the price, I'd rather do something like this than just the tab reinforcements.

    Installed! Beefy as hell:thumbsup:
    20200316_122840.jpg

Same side prior to install of brackets. Take a look at those flimsy ass bent tabs!o_O Gap in-board and the outboard tab bent outwards.
    20200314_171300.jpg

Footnote: Although the installation instructions allow for the install without removing the control arms, I highly recommend dropping the arms down to do the welding. It allows the welder a shit ton more room to get into the bracket weld points and eliminates the risk of heating up your bushings causing possible damage. Of course that's your call...

Edit:. Welding credit and fab goes to TW member "deeezy". Mad skills with a torch:welder:
